ARLINGTON, VA. -- Child Care Aware® of America joins the President in calling for Congress to adopt a comprehensive early learning agenda for America’s children.

At a preschool program in Decatur, Georgia, today, President Obama said, “education has to start at the earliest possible age.”  Following his remarks at the State of the Union address, the President again called for “high quality preschool for every child, every child.”
