WASHINGTON, DC - Linda Smith, leader of the nationally renowned military child care system and former child care legislative staffer for Sen. Kennedy, has taken over as the new executive director for the NACCRRA, the nation's network of child care resource and referral (R&R). Smith has been directing policy and partnerships at NACCRRA since November.
