Leadership Development ProgramAbout The ProgramThe NACCRRA Leadership Development Program will provide selected Leaders with intensive mentoring, training, and internship experiences in CCR&R. The outcome of these activities will be a group of leaders who will help shape the future of CCR&R at the local, state, and national level. Who The Program Is ForThe program is designed for current CCR&R and State Network staff who have shown leadership potential and are willing to commit to a three-year process. View the complete applicant criteria for details. How It WorksLeaders will be chosen each year beginning at the 2007 Symposium. In year one, Leaders will attend Orientation, State Network Leadership Institute, and begin a Leadership Project. In year two, Leaders will attend Symposium and SNLI or other NACCRRA sponsored conferences, complete a two week state or local internship and continue work on their individual projects. In year three, Leaders will attend Symposium and SNLI or other NACCRRA sponsored conferences, undertake a two week internship at NACCRRA, and complete their individual projects. At Symposium the following year, Leaders will graduate and present their projects in workshop sessions.
